Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
Arrive Indira Gandhi International airport you will be
meet Canter Tours representative and transfer to the
hotel. Overnight at Delhi
Day 2 : Delhi - Leh
In the morning after delicious breakfast transfer to the
airport to pick flight for Leh. On arrival you will be
meet Canter's representative and transfer to the hotel.
Day free. Overnight at Leh.
Day 3 : In Leh
In the morning after delicious breakfast proceed to
visit Sankar monastery which is situated on the valley
floor. Afternoon free at leisure. Evening proceed to
Ladakh Ecological center to see a small documentary film
on Ancient Heritage of Ladakh. Overnight at Leh.
Day 4 : Leh - Thiksey
In the morning after delicious breakfast drive to visit
the famous Hemis Monastery,
enshrines statues of various Buddhist god and
Silver Stupas. Later drive back to Stakna. Upon arrival
meet the Rafting team includes the Raft driver and
helper. Proper instruction for Rafting as well as safety
techniques shall be given. Wear the life jacket and
begin a thrilling white water rafting along river Indus.
Raft along smooth river to reach Thiksey. Enroute stop
at Stakna Bridge and have Lunch. Afternoon Raft again
and stop at Thiksey and check-in at the camps. Overnight
at Thiksey.
