Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
On arrival at Indira Gandhi International airport you will
be meet by the Our representative and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight at Delhi.
Day 2 : Delhi - Dibrugarh
In the morning after delicious breakfast transfer to the
airport to catch the flight for Dibrugarh. On arrival you
will be meet by Our representative and transfer to the
hotel. After fresh up visit ethnic weaving center and tea
garden. Overnight at Dibrugarh.
Day 3 : Dibrugarh - Pasighat
In the morning after delicious breakfast transfer to
Pasighat by boat. On your way you would fascinated to see
Dolphin fish and a variety of
migratory birds and
resident from
Central Europe &
Siberia. Overnight at Pasighat.
Day 4-5 : Pasighat - Tuting
Drive 02 long days along a Siang river, through Adi
villages, settlements and lush tropical rainforest. Reach
Tuting by teatime. Overnight at Tuting.
Day 6 : In Tuting
Relaxed day to sort out gear - walk around and interface
with local tribals at Jedu village. Ready rafts in the
afternoon - a comprehensive safety briefing followed by
instruction on paddling commands and rescue procedures.
Overnight at Tuting.
Day 7 : Tuting - Pango
This morning, we encounter the big Class IV Ninguing rapid
and continue past another Class 3 rapid at Palsi to reach
Pango, where we set up Camp for the night, above yet another
big rapid to be encountered the following morning. Campfire
dinner and overnight at Pango.
Day 8 : Pango - Cherring
Today, we scout and raft down the Pango rapid and enter the
Marmong
&
Ningguing gorges, one of the most beautiful and remote
jungle gorges in the world. It has steep impenetrable
forests rising into obvillion on each side past the big
rapid at Rikor and Zebra Rock rapid to set up Camp above a
Class 6 rapid at Cherring. Overnight at Cherring.
Day 9 : Cherring - Ramsing
We raft past Ramsing and several rapids including a Class 3
+ followed by a 3 kilometer float till Ramsing village where
we make Camp for the night. Overnight at Ramsing.
